6:15 AM: Top of the Morning, Bromley lovers!
Today we’ll be taking turns on all 47 of our famous trails, 33 of which were lined with stripes of fresh corduroy overnight. Lifts are scheduled to spin from 8:30 AM-4:00 PM. The snow will primarily be machine groomed mixed with a packed powder paradise.
The forecast shows mostly sunny skies with a few clouds mixing in. Wind will be coming in from the northwest at 15-35 MPH so it will be breezy, but not as strong as yesterday or earlier in the week. We’ll start the day off in the single digits at the summit and low teens at the base before settling at a high of 17°F at the summit and 24°F at the base. We’ll be basking in the sun most of the day, which will not only take the edge off, but also provide a dreamy snow surface, perfect for laying in those edges.
This weekend is the 39th Annual Kåre Andersen Telemark Festival! Join us for all day clinics with some of the best coaches in the east, free demos from Telemark Down, and of course the fun doesn’t stop when lifts do – enjoy après with fellow free-healers in the Wild Boar Tavern. The festival continues tomorrow with more clinics, more demos, and a tele race to test your skills! All abilities are welcome.
The Garden on Plaza is blooming with 18 features including a variety of boxes, rails, and jumps.
The East Side Steeps are in their full glory with amazing terrain from scenic Pushover, rolling Blue Ribbon, and daring Stargazer. The snow is beautiful everywhere you look – come take advantage of this gorgeous day!
Need a break from the action? Check out live music with Son of a Gun in the Wild Boar Tavern this afternoon!
