This fun for all ages event, presented by Merck Forest staff members, will deliver programming focused on maple sugaring (based on their "Sap to Syrup" program), with a total of four stations that children will rotate through.  The stations will include: a maple traditions story telling with puppets, a memory game asking students to remember various maple sugaring tools, a hands-on “tree” tapping experience, and a maple syrup tasting station. All ages will enjoy this fun, creative and hands-on introduction into the history of maple sugaring in Vermont. This event will run from 4:30pm – 5:30pm in the KidsRule Room.
